We have been going to Vicci since 2003. My son was 3 months old when he started, as was my daughter when she was born. Vicci is a huge part of our life. Our kids love her as if she was a family member. My son now goes to school but my daughter stays with Vicci all day. Vicci is teaching her ABC's, counting, writing her name and other preschool activities to prepare her for kindergarten. She has a wonderful yard and the kids absolutely enjoy playing out back when weather permits.
If you are looking for a family atmosphere with activities for the children, I highly recommend Thorson Family Daycare. Your child will come home and even ask to go back on the weekends!

We found Vicci in 2002 after a local school HeadMaster recommended her to us. Our daughter began going to Thorson's at 4 months old and we could NOT be happier with Vicci! She was a total dream daycare provider - and has been like our daughter's second mom - she just adores her, even now at 7 years old!

I am a Mom that was terrified to entrust my baby's care into someone else's hands. I was fortunate enough to stay home with Dominic for the 1st year. When it came time for me to go back to work, I found Vicci, and she has been an Godsend. I had already had a horrible experience with another daycare that left me and my son both crying all day long. At that point I was ready to give up on the idea of working. Then my family and I met Vicci, and my son jumped right in with her and the other kids as if he just belonged there. He never once had a hesitation about me leaving him there. He even asks if he can go on the weekends!
Vicci treats all her kids as if they are her very own family, and my Husband and I feel that Vicci has become part of our family. Dominic has thrived since being at Thorson Family Daycare. He is 3 years old, and is already excelling in preschool work. Vicci works very closely with all the kids and the parents to make sure that her kids have the best environment to grow and learn in, and her results are amazing.
We adore Vicci and trust her with the most precious thing in our world, our son. I would recommend her as a daycare provider to any of my family or friends. We are so grateful to have found her.
